 The storage department

The storage department duties:

  • To provide the approval to the incoming goods in air, land and sea to keep it in the storage location under the data (AT9) .

  • To effectively supervise on the storage and receipt of the incoming goods and organize data entry (AT9) after auditing the submitted documents.

  • To supervise on the stored goods operations that in terms of (integration and retail, packaging and repackaging, dismantlement and installation of pieces) operation to ensure completion of the process according to the storage instructions.

  • To issue the output data after auditing the submitted documents (input statement, customs declaration) to count and meet storage allowances and others and pay the entries after discharging the goods. .

  • To waiver the goods to continue the special procedures in order to transfer its ownership and the ratification of good’s bills ..

  • To use negotiation and legal agencies to continue the output and input of goods and transferring its ownership.

  • The insurance policies of the goods are to exemption it from the payment of the allowances.

  • To deliver the goods and ensure loading it according to the given data ( input statement, output statement, customs declaration), and documenting the case of delivery to pay the goods entry after delivering it to the owner.

  • To organize the permissions to move the goods from the storage location to another according to the owner.

  • To audit the completed transactions in term of:

    • The calculating mechanism and meeting the storage allowances of the goods.

    • Receipt and delivery mechanism.

    • Auditing the attached documents in terms of entries, signings and stamps.

    • Follow up calculating the financial adjustments detected after the auditing process.

    • Preparing the statistic studies.

    • To audit the stored goods in the private and public storage locations in term of stock inventory and to ensure the safety of the followed procedures to adopt the proper way of storing the goods.

  • To receive, archive and save the completed transactions for future references when needed. .

  • To organize and send notifications to the good’s owners that the storing duration have exceeded 3 months to meet the realized allowances. .

  • To weigh the trucks on the weightier to control the good’s weigh..

  • Electrical interconnection of the refrigerated containers and follow up the temperature, in addition to store in the cold-storages according to the good’s type and proper temperature.

  • To prepare lists of the goods of the deceased owners to pay the allowances realized to sell them by auction and to meet the allowances according to instructions.
